Return Process

  Contact our dedicated support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring the products are protected, and include your printed Return Authorization form inside the parcel.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
